Morning EFT Protocol for Students
Ask students to think about a problem that they have had lately (this morning, last night, last week) Tell them that they do not have to say it out loud, just simply think about it.
Have them either give a number between 0-10 to show their intensity, or for smaller kids spread their hands to show how big the problem is. They can figure out their intensity by noticing if their hearts are pounding, their tummies are upset, or some body area feels weird.
The tapping meridians should already have been taught.
Everybody say the following out loud: Even though I have this problem, I'm still a great kid. Even though this problem is really bugging me, I'm a survivor. Even though I have a hard time focusing because of this problem, I'm still great!
Then have the students follow the teacher with the tapping points, saying the reminder statement at each point such as: This problem: I keep thinking of it, it really bugs me; I hate it; what can I do; this number ____ problem.
Do the whole round 1 or 2 times. Have them check to see if their intensity has dropped or gotten smaller. Repeat the protocol until most people are at 0 or close. Tell them that, if it starts to bother them again, they can tap again.
Do this daily, first thing in the morning as a total class. It is simply a way to relax their minds and bodies. Once learned, this takes about 1-2 minutes!

Test Anxiety Protocol
Ask the kids what bothers them most about taking tests. Write each issue on the board. Once they have told you everything, tell them that we (you included) are going to do this different looking thing to help them relax. Show them the meridian points that will be used. Start with any negative thing that they have brought up.
Karate chop point: Say, 'Even though I hate this test, I'm still a great kid.' This is important because it lets them know that they can have a problem and still be a 'great kid'. Repeat at least 3 xs.
Tap each of the meridian points (from the chart on this website's 1st page) while saying a 'reminder' statement such as, dumb test, that timer, I might flunk, etc. Include any issues that the kids have told you. This negative focus is considered to be collapsing the negative.
After completing the negative, keep tapping and say something like, 'I forgive myself for being so nervous, scared, mean to myself'.
The last part needs to be the positive statements. Keep tapping and say something like, 'And today I choose to allow my brain to remember all of the things that I have been taught. I will let the information come out of my brain, down my arm, through my hand and fingers, through the pencil and onto the paper.' 'For today, I choose to be calm and focused. I am a GREAT kid, no matter what happens on the test.
